Engaging in psychotherapy is a commitment to your own journey and self discovery, as well as a financial commitment.  My Sessions are 60 minutes in length and generally we will meet on a weekly basis.  I charge an hourly fee, which I will discuss with you individually.

PPO Insurance

I often am asked if I accept insurance and having weighed the pros and cons, I have decided to remain what is called an out of network provider, which means I am not on insurance panels.

Your services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  My billing service can provide statements to your insurance company in the form of a Super Bill, you will be responsible for your co-pay, the remainder of the fee will be submitted to your insurance company after confirming the following information:
 

• What is my deductible for the year and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover, does it include medical combined with mental health?
• How many sessions does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount and co-pay per therapy session for an out-of-network provider?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

  Cash, checks and all major credit/debit cards are accepted for payment.
